Tutored by Ellen Cassidy

In my view, my LSAT journey is by no means unique. I attribute my success to Ellen Cassidy and the whole of the Elemental Prep team. I am fortunate to have found this program.
I came to Elemental with a 145 diagnostic, a background in construction and property management, and the belief that law school was within reach if I could just find the right approach. I had not yet read The Loophole. I was spending time unfocused, distracted by the internet, and needed structure for daily study habits. I was, as I described myself, "very unrealistic in my planning."
Ellen provided that structure immediately. My Translation drill times dropped from 51 minutes down to 19-21 minutes within the first month. She paired me with a mentor for real-time Translation and CLIR feedback, and prescribed a rigorous daily schedule that included extracurricular reading -- Proust, Oscar Wilde, the NYT Guide to Essential Knowledge -- alongside LSAT drills. My homework completion was inconsistent early on, but by mid-April I hit 100% for the first time.
The breakthrough came through the full Mini-Cycle, Party Trick, and Masterpiece workflows. Ellen dedicated extensive sessions to Logic Games, covering dozens of strategies from template construction to soft memorization. My LR accuracy tightened significantly -- by mid-August I achieved a -1 LR section. My Camo reviews showed I was regularly recovering 2-3 questions, proving that my Translation foundation was solid even when in-section confidence wavered.
My story is not exceptional. That is precisely the point. Success on the LSAT is not reserved for naturally gifted test-takers. With the right program, the right methodology, and the right team behind you, it is achievable for anyone with determination. Ellen and her staff never doubted me, and that made all the difference.
