What to include
A couple of details in the first email usually saves a round trip:
- The email address on your Loophole Online account or book order, if it’s different from the one you’re writing from.
- For book questions: whether you ordered the print, spiral-bound, or digital edition.
- For platform questions: the page or lesson where it happens, and what you expected to see instead.
Billing and cancellations
Subscriptions are managed from your account settings at new.theloophole.com. Cancelling there takes effect right away, which email can’t match if your renewal is close — so if a renewal date is coming up, cancel in settings rather than writing in. Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Book sales are final, print and digital alike. If a print copy arrives damaged, email a photo and we’ll replace it — no need to ship anything back. Full terms are on the Book Return Policy page.
Mailing address
Elemental Prep LLC539 W Commerce St #6867
Dallas, TX 75208
United States
Elemental Prep is a remote company. This is a mail-handling address for written notices — it isn’t a walk-in office or a test centre, so please don’t visit in person. Email is always faster.
Company details
- Legal entity: Elemental Prep LLC, a US limited liability company, headquartered in the United States.
- Trading names: Elemental Prep, Loophole Online.

Elemental Prep and Loophole Online are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Law School Admission Council. LSAT is a registered trademark of LSAC.
What we can’t help with
We don’t administer the LSAT, so we can’t change a registration, move a test date, arrange accommodations, or look up an official score — all of that goes through LSAC, who also run LawHub and own the official question content. We also don’t advise on law school applications.
