All purchases are final. I don’t offer returns or refunds on physical or digital orders.
Damaged or defective books
If your book arrives damaged or defective, I’ll make it right — no need to ship anything back. Just email a photo of the damage to hello@theloophole.com and I’ll send a replacement copy at no cost to you.
Digital purchases
All sales of the digital edition of The Loophole are final. If you run into any issues accessing your purchase, reach out and I’ll get it sorted.
