All purchases are final. We don’t offer returns or refunds on physical or digital orders.
Damaged or defective books
If your book arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right, no need to ship anything back. Just email us a photo of the damage at hello@theloophole.com and we’ll send a replacement copy at no cost to you.
Digital purchases
All sales of the digital edition of The Loophole are final. If you run into any issues accessing your purchase, reach out and we’ll get it sorted.
