What you’ll do
- Cut Ellen’s teaching videos into short clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Come up with your own posts, trends, and formats (and get on camera if you want to)
- Show up in the comments and DMs every day and talk to students like a real person, not a brand
- Keep an eye on pre-law TikTok, Reddit, and Discord and tell us what we should be making next
- Look at what’s working and do more of it
You might be a fit if
- You’re a college student, a recent grad, or someone who is simply always online
- You write and speak natural, fluent English (native or very close to it)
- You can edit a short video quickly in CapCut, Premiere, or whatever you like
- You can explain why a post worked, not just that it did
- You have strong opinions about which CapCut font is the least annoying
- Bonus: you’re pre-law, studying for the LSAT, or already survived it
What you get
- Flexible hours, fully remote
- Real creative freedom and a founder who actually replies to your ideas
- A path to full time if it’s working for both of us
How to apply
Hit apply and fill out a short form. It asks for:
- Your name and email
- Where you’re based
- The hourly rate you want (in USD)
- How many hours a week you can give us
- The tools and platforms you know
- Your resume, so we can see any social media work you’ve done for other brands
- Your LinkedIn, if you have one, and any other links you want to share
The most important part
Send us a video
Make a short TikTok or Reel style video introducing yourself. Tell us who you are, what you’re into, and why you want this. Be as creative and weird as you want. Keep it to about a minute. We want to see how you’d come across on our accounts, so have fun with it.
We watch every video.
